Only 8 days left...

With Christmas quickly approaching, our family has been busy shopping, wrapping, decorating, baking and selecting the perfect Christmas tree. Today Braden played the part of a shepherd in his preschool Christmas program. I began his costume last night at 10 p.m. (I think he looked great, and I was was so proud of the great job that he did :)
It's easy to get caught up in the commerialism, but this year keep in mind the true meaning of Christmas (The birth of Jesus). When someone wishes you "Happy Holidays" say "Merry Christmas" back, and keep Christ in Christmas!

What a fun Friday

Friday was a very busy day. After I dropped Braden off at preschool, I headed over to photograph adorable Andrew for his Christmas card. It was very chilly outside, but Andrew and Madelyn didn't seem to mind. Here are a few of my favorites...

Next it was on to photograph Alexis and Silas. I had photographed both of them individually, but was hoping to get one of them together. It was not an easy task, but a few Hershey kisses did the trick. I think the end result was well worth it.
